DTG vs Silk Screen

What is DTG? Direct To Garment printing. This method of printing on T-shirts is fairly new. This technology allows us to print one shirt or hundreds. A conventional silk screen printer requires you to buy 30 or 40 shirts minimum along with a set up fee. This method also allows us to print photos in true photo quality and gradient colors are smooth and even. No more large dots or uneven colors.

We have recently added the capability to print and cut heat transfers. This new method allows us to place the same photo quality images on just about any type material, including nylon and spandex. The new media used also has a very soft feel.
